I’m a blogger plain and simple, and I’m also an insider. I am young, but in my 28 years, I’ve worked at 6 major retailers in the “back office.” I’m a marketer who understands the landscape on online shopping. What that (back office) means is I’ve worked in internet promotions. One thing retailers have learned is that online shopping is the future, and in fact, will soon overtake revenues from the traditional brick and mortar stores. With that, I decided to start this blog – for selfish reasons. I know that the skills I bring to online shopping promotions are second to none – so this blog is my attempt at increasing the buzz around it. Of course, I’d like to eventually earn some revenues for myself as well.
